How long does shipping take?
We have a standard 24-48 hour processing time prior to the shipment of all orders. This processing timeframe is 5-7 business days. Due to Covid-19 order processing might be delayed.

Can I Return Or Exchange?
NO REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS
EXCHANGE : Customers are responsible for Return/Exchange shipping unless the order was filled in error or defective.
Can I pick up at location
Yes you can pick up at location. Customer would have to contact us through email to make an appointment Monday- Saturday 11am-5pm
Can I return "Final Sale" items?
Any merchandise marked or specified as "Final Sale" may not be returned. Items discounted using promotion codes with a final sale disclaimer may not be returned. Hair Accessories and Hats, swimwear, tights, gift certificates and event tickets are final sale merchandise and may not be returned.
